Q: What has management have to do with renting my house?
Property management has nothing to do with renting your house, unless you tell us
specifically that you would like us to rent it as well. We cannot of course, guarantee rental periods.
Nothing would prevent that we manage a home, and other real estate agencies also rent it.
As managers, numerous rental agencies could refer to us locally, as representatives of the owner.
Q. Do I need a lawyer to sign a management contract?
No, but you are more than welcome to get your lawyer to review it.
